  • Your first visit will last approximately 60 minutes. During this time, we'll have an open conversation about everything related to food and your lifestyle. We'll delve into your everyday eating habits, your food history, and your overall well-being practices. It's like a friendly chat about your relationship with food.

    We'll also take a look back at any previous dieting attempts you've made, discussing what worked for you and what didn't. It's all about learning from your experiences.

    In this initial session, you can expect to receive several tidbits of nutrition information along with some practical tips. However, the main focus is on gathering information. We want to fully understand your current dietary concerns, why they exist, and what factors might be contributing to them.

    Towards the end of our session, we'll talk about one or two specific strategies to address your concerns. We'll also set at least one short-term goal and one long-term goal. These goals will help us have a clear target to work toward.

  • After our first meeting, we'll team up to figure out the perfect schedule for your follow-up sessions. These sessions are usually a bit shorter, around 20-30 minutes, making them easy to fit into your busy life. Most patients find that checking in every 2-3 weeks works like a charm, but some people prefer more frequent chats, while others like a bit more time between catch-ups.

    During these follow-up visits, we'll catch up on your progress, chat about any questions you might have, and tackle any hurdles that have popped up along the way. It's like having a friendly check-in to make sure you're staying on track and feeling great.

    As we keep rolling, our sessions will get even more personalized. We'll start diving into things like sleep, exercise, and stress management, tailoring your plan to fit your individual goals and needs. It's all about making sure you're not just eating well, but living your best, healthiest life!
